Visited Glenfair store store day before leaving on holiday Friday 12 April to purchase data for laptop data stick and iPad2. I inform Sibongile Ndala that I havent had data uploaded on either for many months but would require data while on holiday. She informed me that data stick sim card was allocated to someone else and sells me a new card and appears to RICA it using my electricity account - 1GB. She tells me she will phone me when it becomes usable. She then takes my iPad 2 card number and uploads 2GB and tells me its active. I leave and fly to Cape Town next morning. Tableview MTN store helps me next day as nothing works! Turns out new 1GB card was never RICAd and they help me with a new sim card and 1GB at no extra cost. Sibo gile uploaded 2GB on my expired card and I have to buy new 2GB card! I get text message from Pretoria store on Monday telling me there's a problem with their systems?! I demand an apology and a refund of R245 for 2GB and an apology would be welcome!
