Bad treatment by staff member Ronald

I have never been treated so bad in a store in my life, I was after a SIM card for my ipad. I wanted a pre-paid SIM card. I was given the wrong info and had to come back.

So I go back to the store and a Ronald helps me. I explain the whole situation to him and he takes a call whilst busy with me. After he's done with that, he says he will help me but that I would need to go the Pick and Pay to buy air time since their machines aren't working. After all this inconvenience of me driving to and fro the store and getting the wrong info and help, I asked him for a refund. He picks up a random R50 somewhere and literally throws it at me and walks away.
Then I went to Vodacom. WITHIN 2 MINUTES they gave me the correct SIM card, a number by asking another staff member to place the sim card in his phone (something which Cell C didn't even bother giving me), and they loaded the card with data in store for me. All of this was done by ONE person. The store was packed with customers.
I do not expect any phone call or even an apology from Cell C. All I ask is that you NEVER EVER cold call me about changing my contract to Cell C or anything like that. I now know what Cell C offers!
