Cell C Network Coverage is Terrible

With all the marketing hype around .99c a minute etc etc from Cell C - i decided to give Cell C a try and move from Vodacom to Cell C early this year. I live in Greenstone Hill - on the east of Johannesburg and to date have ABSOLUTELY terrible coverage - i cannot make a single call without it looosing network signal. i travel to jhb - simmonds street and the very same issue - bad network signal - cannot send sms or make calls etc.

i cannot take this service a day longer - it is terrible and Cell C needs to get this sorted out - you have done wonders on your marketing and advertising - PLEASEEEE ensure that your product rises to the occasion. If not please can you cancel my contract so i can move to another service provider that will ensure me a better network signal even if they are more expensive!!!
