False info provided and Inability to rectify

In January 2013 I renewed my cellphone contract. Promises were made by Justin that was not delivered. I had to visit the store in February 2013 for assistance. This was just a temprary solution which I only noticed on 13 April. I visited the store on that day and was assisted by Jacques. Jacques promised me that the problem was solved and I would notice this on my account within the our. On 14 April there was still no change. Jaccques was notified and promised to phone me within 10 minutes. Two hours later I had to phone him. With no results. He passed me of to another consultant at a different store. The consultants name is Minette. On 17 April she informed the that the above mentioned promises made by Justin is not possible on the cellphone contract. I contacted Justin on 17 April for assistance to change my cellphone contract due to the empty promises he made. He argued with me that the promises were delivered. It does however not reflect on my account. I contacted his supervisor Barry and am awaiting his call. Hopefully he provides better service than his personnel.
