Unreliable email

Following my earlier complaint about unreliable email from Telkomsa, I received absolutely NO assistance/feedback/resolution of my problem. I still cannot rely on my emails reaching a recipient, even though same email shows in my sent items folder - no error messages received.

In desperation I have now lodged a complaint with ICASA. Let's see if the regulator itself is any more competent than those it regulates...
