I had an on the 5th of November 2013. I submitted the claim on the following day (the 6th). No responses came forth despite emails and phone calls to the unreliable Michelle Rademan who never got back to me. I finally received an email from Lizette Truter (who was very helpful) on the 25th with the assessment report, notifying me that the car was sent to Bredren Autobody (another nightmare). After that everyone went silent and I had to constantly beg for feedback. I had to cancel my trip to Mozambique after a failed 20th of December deadline. Fast-forward to 2014, after yet another complaint I got a response email on 29th from Bianca Heck and Yateen Lala who seemed to be willing to assist, saying I was getting the car on the 30th January, and guess what, that never happened. This has extremely affected my performance at work, I can't even mange to capitalize on overtime, but my monthly premiums have been going out as usually. Fast-forward... today is the 5th of February 2014 and I still have no transport. It's been 3 long frustrating months for me, thanks to King Price and Bredren Autobody.
