NO ADSL support in Rooihuiskraal

I applied for an adsl line and was told that telkom does not have the infrastructure to support this in the area that i live - Rooihuiskraal Road.

There are so many new developments in this area - how is this not supported.
What is the way forward here??

When will this be looked into?
