Today I sent the 15th email to [Email Removed] I also called the Call centre twice and get no feedback, I just get told they will get back to me, today I called and asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for over 10 minutes!!!
I am struggling to do my work if I only have EDGA coverage in an area where I should get HSDPA this whole area is affected and nobody is doing anything, I upgraded my contract as I was told this would not be an issue.
WHEN will this be resolved...
