Money owed to me by cell c

My name is Aadil Hattia. I currently have 5 contracts with Cell C. One of which is a Control Chat 150. I have had endless problems with this contract as I was getting billed R349 as apposed to R150 due to an error on Cell C's side. I was up and down to Cell C Sandton City since September last year. Anyway after much hassle, I complained on the Cell C facebook page and I was refunded what was owed to me and the problem was rectified for only one month. I have just been debited R349 for the month of March!! I complained on the Facebook page again and I was told that it would take 5-7 working days. My complaint was on Monday the 8th of April. It is now Wednesday the 17th of April. Nothing has been done. I logged on the facebook page this morning! GUESS WHAT!!! they blocked me! So Cell C doesn't only debit extra, they also ignore you because they don't want to deal with the problem!! My No. is 074 974 1304... cant take this no more. FRUSTRATED
