Ordered an item on 6th Dec 2012, note was 4 to 6 weeks to deliver. 9 Jan a email was sent to follow up, response on the 9th was the standard will check and get back to you (still waiting for the get back to you). On the 18th Jan another email was sent no feedback on the 24th another email from me, On the 24th feedback from Groupon sorry and will feedback to you (no feedback). 30th Jan another email from me once again no feedback.

Called in today Spoke to Chantel and was told that they dont have a store, If the suppliers dont have stock I will basically have to wait. (Note that this call was over 25 minutes)

Please refund me the original purchase money, interest as well as the time spent on the phone
