It is almost a year later and STILL no cellphone

Okay so I decided to upgrade my phone last year June. I was suppose to get two phones but only 1 was delivered and they said the other was out of stock. I have been calling but no one seems to provide a solution to the problem. It is rather disappointing that you would advertise an item that is out of stock and no one seems to know how to rectify this situation. I am extremely upset with the current situation at hand and I hope someone fixes it. I need that phone otherwise I would have bought just one. It is 2013 and still no phone
