Feel ripped off by sales person

I saw a ad on the internet for a phone. After days of calling the cellphone division in the store without any success I went into the store to purchase the phone.
I initially went for the Huawei G510 phone but I was told by the sales person that the phone is out of stock and when I asked when they will be getting stock and if there is another branch I can get it from I was told that none of the branches had stock of the phone and none of them will be getting stock of the phone because the phone has been discontinued and none will be supplied. I bought the Nokia Lumia 520 phone instead and recently have been having issues with the phone. I found that this is a general software issue with the phone for which Nokia has no solution. I tried calling edgars to get hold of the manager for a few days without any luck to change the phone. When I did eventually get hold of the manager I was told that. I was 3 days outside my 7 day return period and that they did get stock of the Huawei phone which I initially wanted but was told was discontinued. I am upset because of the I was told when I bought the phone and now I have a phone that I did not want that has problems.
