Lack of responce to resolving fault

I've sent some escalation e-mails that have not been responded to recently. We are currently waiting to have our fault and order completed. This is a standing matter since 11 January (Fault 45CTK130113) that has not been resolved, furthermore an order was issued by Telkom themselves to replace our connection with the Spacestream system (order 74443954) several weeks ago, once more we are still awaiting any contact or visit from Telkom's technicians to install the line.

This is becoming very tiresome and inconvenient as almost three months has lapsed and we are paying every month in access of R240 for a service that does not exist and for customer service that is for lack of a better word detestable due to the lack of contact and ability to resolve our fault and restore our service.
We have been loyal customers for many years of both the landline service and Telkom as our ISP.
It irks me to complain in this matter, but I cannot stand another unsuccessful phone call to Telkom's call line with no results.
