Cell C
Promises not kept

I was contacted by one of Cell C's consultants on the 19th March 2013 and did a telephonic cellphone application for a contract and was approved. I was informed that the cellphone would be delivered within 7 working days but till today have not even received an sms as to why my phone was not delivered within the alloted time frame. I am extremely frustrated and not sure what to expect. I was happy to be a new client but now I'm not sure if I made the right decision.
