Electrical fencing faults

In April 2012 Justin and his team started to install the electrical fencing in Pretoria North. after they were finished in May 2012. later on about a few days later we contacted Justin again, because the alarm on the fencing keeps on going off, the siren is very loud. This happened many times, Justin did go back to sort out the problem, but the problem is not going away. In October 2012 we contacted Justin again to come to the property and sort out whatever the problem is. After the last request to Justin, he advised us that he will come through to sort out the problem. But until today he never responded or contacted us again.
Terrible service. I hope after this that the problem will be sorted
