Paying for dongle which doesn't pick up signal

I logged a call with Cell c 3 weeks ago about my dongle having worked fine up until January and then suddenly it struggled to pick up a signal. I was rebooting and rebooting but nothing has been happening. If I am lucky I can log on to the internet after the 5th time of rebooting however any page takes 5 min to upload and then I get disconnected. When I logged a call I was asked to re-install everything, which I did and my internet still doesnt work.

I then went to Cell C at tygervalley were I was asked to complete forms and that a technician would contact me within 3 working days, Its is 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for someone to contact me.

Enough already! I am paying for a service and getting nothing in return however Cell c is happy to keep taking my money! I expect to be contacted within the next 48 hours or I will demand that I be fully refunded! There are far to many competitiors out there offering the same service for me to be sitting with these issues. I will take this matter further if it is not sorted out as the consumer protection act protects us as consumers!
