Your service is by far the worst

I bought a phone, the handset was faulty, i sent it for repairs.
you say that i cannot have a loan phone and you take more than 2 months to tell me that you don't know whats happening.
the service and the attitude of your staff is horrifying.
i will never support you'll with new business or refer anybody to you.
you will lose me as a client once I'm done with my contract.

maybe think long and hard if this is the way you plan to do business.
