My grievances: from store employees having attitude, lines that stretch out the door waiting in queues just to hear: "oh sorry nothing new has come from your queries." constantly having to contact the manager, my phone has been in for repairs twice. The first time the phone came back in worse condition and did not work, so the manager sent it back for the second time, to a higher repairs person. the phone came back in the same bad condition with even a different cover from another device, but at least it was working, now about 3 months down the line my phone has stopped working again for the 3rd time it has been sent in for repairs, then I receive a sms telling me that I need to pay an amount for the repairs, this while it is still another 6 to 8 months under contract. It has come to the point where I`m in constant debate with your staff for a one year warranty plan that I was not told about in the contract that I have signed in store. I find it very unfair, in this day and age: when a person needs a phone for his/her business and by me not having one it makes me lose business and makes me look unprofessional, all this while Cell C gladly receives my monthly payments
