SPAM GOES ON AND ON

I keep on getting sms offers from Vodacom that I don't want. I 'opt out' by replying STOP to 30600, and get acknowledement that I won't be contacted again. I have done this NUMEROUS times, yet the spam sms's keep on rolling in. I cannot understand how Vodacom can implement a marketing strategy that constantly violates its customer's rights, illegally.
