BILLED FOR A SERVICE I NO LONGER USE

I upgraded to a SG3 in September 2012 and I was advised I will no longer be charged for blackberry services. However to date I am still being charged R95 a month. I do not use the blackberry and I would like a full refund for this service that was supposed to be cancelled. THATS R95 X 8 MONTHS a total of R760.

can you please refund my account and cancel that service.
