What a superb service!!!

My line was suspended and i had made payment and it was more than 3days passed and still my line was suspended.untill i spoke to Phumzile she made sure that my line was reconnected with 48hours
she even followed up on it by calling me to make suremy services are back up.even though she did'nt have to. I'm greatfullthat i had come through to her as she was very polite and proffesional.
