Network Coverage Issue

MTN has been the pain in my life for last 6-8 months with poor service delivery - Despite paying few thousands every month on mobile bills, what you get is not even good coverage of voice leave aside data. Looking at coverage map, you expect service to be great in Sandton area but nothing just pathetic. Post repeated follow-up's MTN sent technical person Lucky Mulaudzi to come and install signal booster at my home - to my dismay this person just dumped repeater equipment at my place w/out even ensuring installation is properly done. 3 months after this, this issue still is open with MTN and last you get to hear is you can switch to other network.
