I applied for an upgrade without a handset on the 12th March 2013. I was assisted by Thandizile. She quoted me R279. Upon inquiring if I can't get a deal match, a deal that my friend received from Auto Page for the same package, she asked me to mail the deal through so she can take it up with her supervisor. I mailed her a total of 5 times, she replied once. I took it further, send, received and corresponded with vodacom call centre agents a total of 45 times. A guy by the name of Lawrence is assisting me know. All that he does is phone me every second day, trying to convince me to take another package at a higher price. All that I want is to get the deal I was offered in the first instance. Lawrence sends mails to supervisors, and cc's me in it. They don't even respond. I think he just hopes I am going to disappear. They are not willing to give me the same package they offered on the 12th March.
