Bad customer service

Lungile has bad customer service I went there to enquire about the 3g that I have which is faulty and she refered me to a vodacare in east gate but didnt provide any other details that i asked her. I asked her for the numbers of the shop and I asked for a phone that I can use to contact the store and she said they do not have any of that with a long face an such an attitude that I cant imagine how one does that to a customer and I will not visit that shop again and I will gladly close my contracts with vodacom.
