?? - Blackberry 9320 webbook deal for R199

I am extremely disturbed.

On the 22nd of March 2013, I started inquiring about the deal offered for a blackberry 9320 webbook deal for R199 pm at Vodacom.

After phoning several Vodacom stores the information I received was puzzling?

First, I was told they were out of stock but were ordering new stock and they would have it soon.
Some stores told me that the webbook has been discontinued.

I was then told that I could take the deal WITHOUT the web book!!!

How is this possible???

I demand that Vodacom find an alternative to the webbook and give the customer who want this deal, bottom line.

Is this even legal to advertise something and then "with draw"
