Horrified by the service

I am absolutely horrified by the service i just received at the vodacom repair store at Cresta. I have not been able to receive calls for the last 2 months and have logged numerous incidents with the call center and today after waiting in a long queue the lady who eventually helped me just sat there and did nothing all she was able to tell me was that i had to call the care center again! Seriously i am shocked! This is why i am not renewing my contract with you!
