Lack of response/ bad service

Iam horrified at the poor service and total lack of response from Vodacom! In December last year I received a phone call from the Vodacom rewards program to tell me I could upgrade to a package that would cost me less than R300 a month and receive a new phone etc.etc. Only to receive a whole new contract to be paid on top of the contract I have already. So from February I have been calling their call centre and been pushed from pillar to post as they don't know their from their elbow! Eventually I received a call in March telling me yes the rewards program had made a mistake and this would be cancelled only to receive it on my next billing! I then phone the call centre again spoke to a Louisa Baloyi to be given a ref no: S3TKZ09-9KNQ and still no joy! So after numerous phone calls to the call centre and being passed from person to person to person, 7 months Iater I have cancelled my original contract but still nothing on the rewards contract so I went into a Vodacom shop on Wednesday 31 July for the manager there to make a call and tell me someone would phone me the next day and still I am waiting...
After 13 years of being a Vodacom customer, Disappointing
