I received my invoice for my Vodacom debit order due at the end of October, and thank goodness i did. Vodacom had helped themselves to my money because i "had not read the contract" according to the call center representative. After 8 months of having my modem and 3 gigs data per month all of a sudden when being on the net more regularly for studying i received a bill for R 1370.00 more than budgeted. Initially when taking this contract out I demanded that i am on a strict about my budgeting and I need clarity and assurance that my modem contract would not be more than R 199.00 NO MATTER WHAT!!! On a telephonic sale the representative said "Yes Mam..." VODACOM, PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW YOU CAN HELP YOURSELF TO MY "UNAVAILABLE" FUNDS AFTER YOU ASSURED ME THAT I WAS SAFE!!! I honestly feel done in, financially and left in the dark. When giving Vodacom sales they are so helpful, and when complaining nobody wants to take blame, I am still waiting for a manager to call me back after 2 weeks, I have requested the voice recorded contract and I am still waiting for a response.
EXTREMELY UNHAPPY!!!
