Phone has not been sent for repairs

Over the easter weekend my blackberry torch crashed, the tuesday my husband gave in my phone for repairs and fulled in all the paperwork. Today he went to find out how far the repair are only to find out the worker has not even sent my phone to the repair shop!! I have a job to do with this phone, unacceptable to recieve such poor service now after almost 2 years with no complaints.
