Internet service down

Over the past few weeks the internet hasn't been working at night at around 6 pm to midnight, despite there being full signal. What on earth is going on??? We pay every month for this?? for no internet? Are we getting a refund or half of what we pay? As for half the day THERE'S NO INTERNET.

And, DO NOT GIVE ME AN AUTOMATIC REPLY. I want a proper answer. I heard it was something about some upgrades on towers, but why can't you let people know? Plus, that's not my problem, we still pay for a nonexistent service.
