Poor internet signal in Kathu

The internet signal from Mtn is poor to nonexistent in Kathu. This is very frustrating when you TRY to do internet banking or to just try to use your computer. I've got a contract that I must pay every month or they will proscute me, but they don't keep their side of the contract, which is to supply me with a useable signal. Why must I keep on paying. And please don't tell me that you are working on the problem it is been going on for months now.
