No feedback or answers on internet problems!

I have contacted the call centre multiple times regarding this issue and they keep saying they will get back to me.

I live in Ballito and every night from around 6PM my datastick has extremely slow and choppy speeds and the signal keeps dropping. Probably because of NETWORK CONGESTION. My internet is UNUSABLE at night when I need it the most! I have heard similar complaints from other cell c users in Ballito. Is something being done to rectify this problem??? Like upgrades to the tower??
