LONG DELAY IN GETTING PHONE LINE ATTENDED TO

Our phone line suddenly developed a cross line and now is not working, nor is the ADSL on the same line. I phoned to report it on Wed 10th April and explained that my husband is a busy Gynaecologist and he needs a working phone line. I have had an SMS advising us they will attend to the problem on the 24th April - it seems ridiculous to have to wait so long
