From bad to worse

Well it seems that if you complain on hellopeter about Cellc u get worse service then they already give, as per my previous report i got my service suspended because i didnt pay but i recieved no notification of the impending suspension, then after trying to contact the assigned person via email i receive no response after a week, now ive got a barred sim card and R300 air time i cant use because of a call centre opperator who cant do their job properly. I am glad that my contracts with Cell C end soon, to me it just seems they happy to take my money but cant give me the service that they take my money for.
