Cell C
HEEEELLLLOOOO!!! ANYONE?!?!

So I laid a complaint about Cell C, something along the lines of them being and half-wits. Yet I get no response. Not even a thank you for what in their books, should be a compliment.

I have been MORE than double charged for my contract for 6 months and yet still got disconnected.

I had to pay to phone them with my reliable SPs phone, an 11minute call, because they won't let me use my CC phone to call their "help" line. They basically said the issue would be escalated... but no, nothing. Then they ignore the hellopeter report too.

So, for 4 days or so, I've had no CC service, even though they've st0len about R300 from me. Thing is, this isn't the first time, they constantly do the same thing.

They're happy to prorata every second as a full day, but how about giving me my money you st0le PLUS the lost time at the prorata rate of what you're trying to rob me and my money for the 11 minute call. Or how about just sorting this out!!!

Then there's the issue of the credit bureau, I get flags everywhere for non-payment but CC don't tell the ITC it's their fault, no, they'd rather make my name. I guess from their attitude, they can't afford a worse name.
