Activity on my number. I Plan to sue

Please assist as i have lost all patience and cant bare to be without a phone any longer. Yesterday i notified vodacom of an sms i rcvd about a request for sim swap or replacement.i then called them to tell them this was incorrect and it seems someone was trying to do this.they advised me they would put a flag on the nr in order for this not to happen.i was receiving sms's throughout the day that i should switch off my phone.i ignored as i knew this was .i kept receieving sms throughout last night advising me to switch off my phone and decided to call them again.the lady confirmed again that the flag was placed and this would not happen.i awoke this morning to find my cellphone not working.i called VC and was advised that the sim swap went through.in order to stop it however i would need to take time out of my day to get my id, proof of residence, an affidavit and my last 5 dialled nrs.why am i meant to fix what i warned vodacom about yesterday and was assured this would not happen.i am now meant to fix their own incompetence. my cellphone nr is 0722928280-it is blocked.i need urgent attention as i will take this to the papers.i can be reached on 011 489 4515 off hrs
