MTN's lack of accountability regarding

Telecommunications

I logged a call with MTN pertaining to activity on my contact.

The call has been open for over a month now and I am still struggling to get resolution. I have dealt with over 5 different agents and the only one who seems to give a Dam is Ayesha Jaffer.

I have submitted the relevant affidavit but I am getting huge push back from the department stating that things are not clear where they are in fact very clear.

The same activity occurred on both Vodacom and Cell C contracts and the departments in those organisations accepted the same documentation and closed the relevant accounts. MTN on the other hand are not interested in helping me!

I need urgent resolution on this matter as it is actually not my problem and not my fault that MTN are issuing contracts to individuals who are committing. Vodacom and Cell C were accountable and accepted responsibility but MTN are clearly disinterested!
