Hi!
I have a 24 month contract with 8ta that I took with a phone since november 2011 and I'm debitet R100 a month and given R100 of air time now comes this april I was billied R426 and when I phoned to find out why I was told that I have a second account which I don't know with another number which I don't know with R800 credit and theyclaim that I have used R426 now I ask how is this posible when did I sign up and which phone have I taken on contract they can't tell me. So I'm realy lost not knowing what to do cause every time I phone I end up fighting with the agent. Please help me
