Billed Incorrectly and lack of service

We decided to rent an ASDL line from Telkom in December 2012 because my husband needs to use the ADSL line in the evenings for business. It was working fine in the beginning and then from January 2013 something happened to the line and although we are paying for a 2 Meg line, the speed it was reaching at night was so slow that we could not even open up any web page so we decided to cancel the data bundle with Telkom and go across to Mweb. But our problem did not get any better. Every time we phoned Telkom to complain they kept on passing the buck and blaming the problem on MWEB so because of Telkom saying that the problem lay with MWEB we cancelled with MWEB and went across to AFRIHOST. But the problem is still the same. We have lost out on thousands of Rands because my husband cannot run his business at night.

I have been dealing with Philiswa Bhengu who is in charge of the Queensburgh area. Numerous technicians have been around but the problem has not been solved. My husband is getting very angry now and wants to tear his hair out but Telkom keep passing us from Pillar to Post. They have now said that there is an overload in our road and that new cables will have to be layed.
