Faith Restored

After numerous efforts to repair my blackberry which had various faults I came across Ferlin sitting in a foyer in Canal Walk shopping centre outside MTN. He mans a service desk for blackberry users. How refreshing it was to be received by such a helpful and knowledgeable young man. Ferlin could tell me what was wrong with my phone and repaired it within minutes. After 3 weeks of complaints and queries with MTN and after receiving 4 new phones from them within a year of my current contract, Ferlin has restored my faith that good service, still exists.
