Faith restored in Cell C

Dear Hellopeter

After many frustrating calls and follow-ups the repairs of my phone and those of both my children have been completed and returned. After waiting for more than a month for the phones to be repaired my phone and my son's phone was replaced with new ones. This was due to the interventions of Blanche of Customer Service and Anton, the manager at the Cell C repair centre in Tygervalley Mall.

I believe in Cell C again, but can't be restored as a Blackberry fan.

I thank you for your intervention in relaying my challenges to Cell C.
