A PLEASANT SURPRISE

My daughter phoned in with a query and got bad service from an operator, I took the phone and asked to speak to a supervisor, after a period I was transferred to Sharika and she helped with my problem,

She also called me back to advise further findings on the account and advised me on what to do to correct the problem.
