I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

I have transferred monies into your account on 09/11/2013 and you have taken a debit order today aswell!
Please refund me my money today which was not yours to take!!!
I find it strange that the transfer was made from Nedbank to Nedbank and you claim you cannot see the monies. You have also done a debit order today from Nedbank to Nedbank which you also cannot see. Then your so called supervisor Oageng tells me that he will transfer me to his desk and he made me hold on for so long that the phone eventually cut off!
What type of supervisor is this that can also not sort out a problem?
I was also told that he needs to know what my reference number said on the transfer... the more I tell him what it is the more he cannot deal with my query! Also the initial consultant Meagan asked me to email my query to you? Why is is a consultant on a phone when she's only going to ask everybody to email stuff? You could have just made it an automatic recording saying that to your customers rather email than speak to a consultant...

Still Oageng does not even have the decency to phone me back!!!
You clearly know how customer service works!!!
