I have called telkom business line 5 times to apply for my business line to be moved from my old premises to my new premises. They never placed the order every time i called and spoke to a new consultant. I was then told i had to fax documents through, still no order was placed. I was then finally given a ref number which didn't even match George's codes but Cape Towns, i then spoke to another consultant which asked if she could do the order or get them to call me regarding this mishap. i have been without a business line or internet for 3 weeks and lost business due to this. I run a magazine and this is quite crucial. No one at the Garden route mall could assist me and said i had to phone the business line or i had to fax documents through. I have spoken to 4 different consultants at the Garden route malls branch regarding this matter with the online service and they told me i had to fax documents regardless of me telling them no one was placing the order. I feel why should i be held liable to pay for a line i have not been using.
