Driver driving the wrong way!

I have just nearly had a car accident, because the Telkom man, who was going to buy his lunch, drove the WRONG way at Northwold Junction shopping centre. I approched the driver in the Spar, who told me to go to! When this drove out, at the same time as me, he went the wrong way again. The registration number of this car is XNP559GP. This didn't care that I took the registration number, he even asked me had I took it, is this because he feels nothing will happen to him?? This is shocking for someone who works for a giant company, is in uniform and driving a company van. Mr. Jabu Mabuza, sort this driver out.
