Driving like a maniac

I just want to bring to your attention the way your driver of registration number BX 76 KN GP is driving. this is now the second day I witnessed him driving badly in the complex where I work. there is a stop sign, and he refuses to stop where the pedestrians are passing. then he is also on his cell phone the whole time. when he left the complex he was driving on the wrong side blocking other drivers and forcing them to reverse in order for him to leave the complex, then he proceeds to speed out of the complex. this is very unacceptable.
