Last week I have complained regarding a one day uncapped data bundle that I bought. After activating the bundle it worked for a little while and then just stopped. It took all the airtime of my phone and the bundle did not work. they only gave back R350 of my R600 airtime. Now I had to buy airtime to be able to phone etc. Now if my airtime, including the R50 for the bundle that did not work, is not loaded on my simcard by close of business tomorrow, I will go to FNB and make sure they cancel my debit order. Then you will also see what it feels like to have to wait for your money. I also want to know what the exact amount was before the bundle was loaded to see how much I am owed by MTN. No later than tomorrow then I will not hesitate to cancel the debit order and never again will I make use of MTN. I will move all my contracts elsewhere, including business accounts.
