Bad driving through suburbs

Sunday afternoon 13h25 on 03 March 2013. The driver of Chubb car registration BP 47 XT overtook me on Zircon Drive in Jukskei Park, no indicator, no hazards and no sirens. Flew over 2 speed bumps (good luck with the soon to be replaced lower control arm) and cut in front of me. Proceeded to go through stop street on Zircon and Post Office as well as 4 way stop Post Office and Market. Not even attempting to stop whilst other cars were approaching the stop. I caught up with the driver at Hyperion and told him he was driving dangerously at which he laughed and said he was on an emergency. I asked him why no hazards or sirens and he just ignored me and drove off down Hyperion (in Northriding). The call centre was contacted and the bad driving reported. Shocking to see such bad and dangerous driving in the suburbs. If it's an emergency then alert the public.
