Vodacom
False advertising

Walked into the vodacom store on sat to open 2 new contracts. Both of them the Blackberry combo deal which includes the Vodafone Webbook. Asked two sales people of they had stock and both replied no. Ok and the comment was that they did have the phone, but the webbook is on back order which I will receive on a later stage. No problem and i left to get all my thing together required fot the aplication. Payslip, bank statements etc. Came back the same day and filled in the forms. Was aproved 20mins later whilst still in store. Then to my shock I was told that they have discontinued the webbook, but I can take the phone only for the same monthly deal. After I specificly asked those questions, went home, went to the bank on a busy saturday, gave a stranger all my personal documents which was entered into a system only to be told that no sorry we can't do the sam deal. I want this matter resolved and if not I feel my privacy was put out on the open for nothing and I was to and it was advertised as a monthly special. There has been dealings from salespeople in the past with regards to personal documents. And those document are taken away from ones sight to a back room
