Bad attitude and appalling service

On the 8/12/12 I went into vodacom to order their vodafone webbook and modem package. The offer was valid from the 7/12/12. This package had limited stock and immediately asked them to order one since they had none at the store. My details taken and I was told that I would be contacted the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. I then called and I was told that an order has been placed and that I would be contacted when it came into store, but would probably be there around the 15th as they haven't received stock. Again the 15th came and went. I then called around the 20th and was told that it would be checked into and would be contacted with the details of when it should be in store, but I wasn't called back. So today the 9/1/13 I called into the store and asked if there was any news about the webbook and was told that it had arrived, but the modem doesn't work with the webbook. Maureez then told me that he would speak to his manager and call me back. Again I wasn't contacted. I then called again and told them if this was their attitude I'd take it further and Maureez told me fine and put the phone down. I am appalled by their service.
